The future of feet – Shoes for a contemporary lifestyle

Collaborating with the artist Daniel Palacios, LIGANOVA implemented and developed a cymatic installation for the Adidas NMD FW 16 campaign. Seeking to translate the classic Adidas look into a modern style with a cutting-edge feel, the NMD collection draws inspiration from the past while pushing on the boundaries of the future.

To spread this message, the Adidas Originals flagship store in Berlin displayed a piece of art featuring two motors oscillating a string at irregular intervals, thus toying with the perception and hearing of the spectator. This physical moving installation was used as a visual translation of the city's vibrant life.
